I had my Pass Plus experience with Mark Hawley today so I thought I'd drop you a quick e-mail to thank you for all your help. Maybe you could pass this on to Tom too?

Mark met me, right on time to begin the course, after ringing me to confirm everything yesterday. He arrived in a very nice clean and well maintained vehicle and he was well presented, polite and very professional. The course went really well, we ended up in the middle of nowwhere in Wales to do the rural roads training, and even crossed fords, single track roads, passing places and all other manner of things that a new driver could never expect to have experienced. Throughout the whole thing, Mark really was extremely good, he is obviously an outstanding driving instructor. After passing my test only last week, I could tell immediately that Mark was head and shoulders above the other instructor I used for my crash course prior to my test. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Pass Plus course, and I certainly wasn't confident that I would actually learn anything, but I have come away with knowledge I didn't have before and with a much more confident attitude, and that's just after a simple six hour course!

I should point out that I first passed my DSA test in 1998 and sat the Roadcraft and IAM advanced driving courses in 2001/2002, so up until I was banned in 2007, I held a Police Class 2 certificate in advanced driving, which I gained with West Yorkshire Police. My reason for telling you this is that if someone like me, with these two courses and 13 years driving experience can gain something from a course costing the same as a tank of petrol, then I'm sure many others will benefit in the future.

Overall, the experience from start to finish has been really enjoyable and I will be sending my daughter your way later in the year for her driving tuition with Mark. If I hear of anyone else interested in the Pass Plus course or driving tuition in general, I will pass your details on and recommend you very highly.

Hello, my name is Adele Hammond. I'm not sure if this will get to the office but it's worth a shot!!! I would like to write to you today on behalf of Jeff Carey. This letter is to tell you all at Tom Grainger that he is the best instructor that I have ever met! I have been to several driving schools and I have found that Tom Grainger is the best! and Jeff Carey is the best driving instructor I have ever met - he has so much will power! And never gives up on his student's, and I hope very much that this will go to the management so they know how much they should be happy to have Jeff Carey working for them at Tom Grainger's.

My sister had all her driving lessons with Tom Grainger, and her instructor was Jeff Carey and I know as I write this letter it will be from her mouth too! Dawn successfully passed her driving test in 2007 all thanks to Jeff Carey!!!!!!

The company Tom Grainger might read this and think nothing of it, but to me I would like to tell it to everyone! Once again Jeff Carey - what a man!! the best you will ever get without a doubt!!!!
